    Just an update: the police did get back to me. They said they apprehended them but they didnt have any fish and were just magnet fishing; magnets fixed to the bottom of the net, apparently.

    As i write, three men are netting Salmon, one in a dingy, beneath Grotto Bridge, R. Almond. They appear to have a campfire going. Looked up the fishalmond website to report it and the board only have their email showing and no phone details, apart from the FDSFB Superintendent and Drylaw Police Office, both of whom are unavailable. I rang 101 and have left it with them.
